• Before first use, disassemble the product and boil for 1 minute. The handle, cover and base can be boiled, but this is not necessary. A steam sterilizer can also be used.

• Make sure your nipple is centered in the breast pump cup and begin pumping by pressing the handle.

• It is advisable to start with short intervals and low suction power, thus stimulating the flow of milk.

• Once stimulation is complete (when milk begins to flow), lengthen the interval and increase the suction force.

• Daily cleaning can be done with water and dishwashing detergent.
